Ms. Tomotake graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a degree in accounting, and began her career at Hotta Liesenberg Saito in 1996. As a new staff accountant, Ms. Tomotake quickly demonstrated her ability to perform high quality work in a very efficient manner and was assigned to work on several of the firm's most complex engagements.

As she gained more experience, she demonstrated extraordinary ability to lead engagement teams and successfully complete difficult assignments. Managers and Directors of the firm knew that any work assigned to Ms. Tomotake would be done quickly and correctly.

Because of her hard work and abilities, Ms. Tomotake received a promotion to the position of manager in 2000. She became a Senior Manager in 2003.

Ms. Tomotake is known at HLS and to demand only the highest quality of work from her accounting staff. She instills her own values of hard work and excellence in the people who work with her and is highly respected by her coworkers and clients for the work that she does.

In addition to her managerial assignments at HLS, she also leads a team providing continuous accounting and consulting services to a well-known manufacturing company. Her team has played an integral role in the client company being able to implement new enterprise software systems that integrate all of the company's functions while maintaining integrity in the accounting system.

Away from the office, Yoko is kept busy by her home and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is approaching motherhood with the same enthusiasm and determination that she shows around the office.
