Hotta Liesenberg Saito Opens Office in Detroit

Detroit, October 1, 2007 - Hotta Liesenberg Saito announced today that it will open an office in Detroit on November 1st to meet the increasing demands for various types of professional services in the Midwest market. In addition, the firm announced that Mr. Tom Kurimura will be appointed as the Detroit Office Managing Director.

After working for a private economic research institute in Japan, Mr. Kurimura joined one of the Big 4 firms in Chicago and Detroit and worked on audit engagements for US, European, and Japanese companies in various industries for over 10 years. He was appointed as the Chicago Office Managing Director in December 2006. Under his leadership, Detroit office will provide clients with not only traditional assurance and tax services, however, also with other types of services that contribute to the increase in effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s day-to-day operations and financial reporting.
